Video Rough 4
The idea being this piece is a nice peaceful imagery. The reason why this is less than 10 seconds is because I don't want people to think. They see the blue water. There is actually the bp logo in the lower right hand corner. The text that says working together is in bright yellow. When the picture fades you see the bp logo again with the words working together underneath it. When people see the word working together, they think of good things. I chose a nice piano piece and I added rain sound so it is nice and calm.

I'm not sure if the Spanish words are the exact words I'm aiming at since I just enter the English words in Google Translation. This is a photo I shot in Monterey, CA. I added the bp logo in the lower right hand side. I'm trying to hit people with a subliminal approach. At first most people see a nice blue water photo and the logo is embedded in their subconscience mind. So, they can relate nice clean water and bp. |

Positive Spin: There are tons of articles/research about how evil BP is so I figure I go the road less chosen.

I know its going to be pretty difficult to actually put a real good spin on the oil spill because nearly everyone has made up their mind already. But recently I heard on talk radio that someone who use to work for the highest level of management of Taco Bell left and worked as the lowest level employee for BP and he is making twice the amount of money. He never went to college and he is sending his daughter to private school. I'm trying to find this article online. So, stories like this will put BP is a good light.
My target audience would be middle class Americans. I believe they are the most aware and concern about the oil spill. This audience also believe that BP is evil. They are also the most vocal about anti-BP.
