Anti-BP artwork/ads
All these images are very simple, yet effective. The first one was very striking to me because of the use of the silhouette. It is one of the most dramatic photos, I ever saw. For those who are not familiar with it. Here is where the idea is from:

ADVERTISING DESIGN 1 Assignment 1
This is my choice of a good ad. It draws my attention o the middle of the ad. It clearly states the amount of storage space and the word inferno. The fire around the hard drive makes it stand out even more. The rectangle boxes around the hard drive clearly states the speed of the hard drive. My favorite part of the ad is on the bottom. It states where I can purchase the item.
This is my example of a bad ad. I am not sure if this is an ad for a male or female perfume. The top caption doesn't really fit for a fragrance. The ad does draw the viewers ad into the middle but if I saw this in a magazine I would just flip to the next page.
Article of BP
This article accuse BP of covering up the oil spill. BP states that oil was flowing at a rate of 5,000 barrels a day. However, scientist states that it could be as high as 70,000 barrels per day or more. The article is more like a he said she said type ordeal.
